Peace of Your Harte's Romantic Lake Cottage: Rates range from $89 - $195 per night. For the most accurate nightly rate, and to book your dates click HERE Peace Of Your Harte's Lake Cabin & Cottage Combo: Rates range from $225 - $500 per night. Infants & children are guests and must be included in your reservation. Cabins are stocked to only accommodate the number of guests you have input in your reservation. Pets are always welcome; however, please ADD them to your AirBnB reservation and advise us if you will be traveling with your pet(s). Please visit our Pet Page HERE PARKING: Downtown Cabin: One car driveway, with street parking. We have plenty of space for parking RV's, trailers, and/or if you're traveling with you're own boat or watercraft. Golf Club: Each cabin has clearly marked designated parking. Even though our property has plenty of room for small watercraft, jet ski trailers, small trailers etc., please message me for more information/photos, or options for parking your RV vehicle/boat. The road to the cabins is narrow & a one way road directly at Twain Harte Lake + our driveway is rather narrow & sits back in off the road. The driveway is the ONLY space each cabin shares. Each cabin has its own parking spaces, private deck, amenities. CHECKIN INSTRUCTIONS: A couple of days prior to your arrival I message you weather for your stay & any local info you may need to know about, along with the cabin's easy access information. CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: Checkout instructions are posted at the cabin. We are very easy to work with, so please always feel free to ask us questions! PAYMENT: AirBnB collects payment through their site at time of booking. When booking via AirBnB please know that AirBnB is the collector of your credit card, and processes all payments. Hosts do not have any control over your credit card or payment information. Hosts never see your form of payment or your payment schedule. That is between you and AirBnB. We simply host. Rates are subject to change until a reservation has been confirmed. Once a reservation has been confirmed, and paid for, all terms of the rental agreement apply. Please refer to AirBnB to view our Refund Policy. We have NO control over AirBnB's fees and taxes. AirBnB charges us for each booking, as well. There is a $1000 refundable Damage Deposit for all reservations. AirBnB collects, holds & refunds the Damage Deposit, and we never see a penny of the Deposit, unless there is damage. Pending no damages the FULL Deposit will be returned to you within 7-10 days from AirBnB. If there are damages we will contact you through AirBnB to make arrangements for any repair/replacement and to collect the funds and/or file a claim for damages. Generally, there is a 3 night minimum. During holidays & events 4-5 nights are a minimum. One and Two Night stays are also available -- Please view our AirBnB calendars and send us an inquiry. Cancellation Policy Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. Our Cancelation Policy in non-negotiable. If you feel you have an extenuating circumstance that falls under AirBnB's policies it is your responsibility to contact AirBnB and explain your circumstance. AirBnB Help Desk: (855) 424-7262 EARLY CHECKIN & LAKE CHECKOUT: These services may be available with advance inquiry. Nothing is promised, but we do our best to accommodate our guests. ***Fees begin at $20 per hour if we are able to check you in earlier, or provide you extra time upon checkout. LOST & FOUND: If you have left any items behind we will mail them back to you via USPS. There is a $10 Service Fee + Postage. Payment will be requested through AirBnB. Any unclaimed items will be donated at year's end to Tuolumne County's Humane Society's thrift store. If you have any questions, what-so-ever! please fill out and submit the entry form.
