Welcome To Our Virtual Welcome Binder For Our
Lake Cabin
A couple of days prior to your visit I will be sending you a Welcome Message that is very detailed. The message will contain weather for the dates during your stay, local information your might need to know about, and the cabin's easy access info. You may message me at anytime during your stay if you have any questions. Our website will be clearly noted at the cabin so that this page can be found for your reference during your stay with us.

Some info you might want to know before arriving and during your stay at our Downtown Cabin:
- The cabin will only be prepared for the exact number of people noted in your reservation.
- This cabin can sleep 8-9, maybe 10 depending on ages of people in your group; however, if there are 4 or less people in your reservation I will be asking if all 3 bedrooms will be used. This information is so that we keep unused space and linens/towels closed off and off-site, and safe from possible cross contamination. Unused bedroom(s) will have their door closed and there will be no extra linens/towels.
- Pac-n-Play, highchair, booster seats are at the cabin -- These items can be found in the bedroom closets. Please bring your own bedding for the Pac-n-Play.
- I will also be asking if you'll be using the Queen pullout sofa in the living room or the Twin air mattress so I know how many extra sheet sets & blankets to leave at the cabin.
- Pets are always welcome; however, please, advise us if you will be traveling with your pet.
- The BBQ is charcoal - please bring your own charcoal & lighter fluid
- Toilet paper will be provided, but in limited quantities since it has become harder to get in bulk, and limits have been placed on how much one can purchase at a time. If you are staying longer than 3 days, please either bring your own or purchase as you need to. View our "Links" page for shopping locations.
- A roll of Paper Towels will be provided, but please bring your own if you use a lot of it and especially if you are staying over 3 nights.
- Dishwashing liquid and Dishwasher detergent will be at the cabin.
- There is a washer & dryer for your use, please bring your own detergent. Please, clean the lint trap on the dryer after each use.
- Hand sanitizers are at the cabin. Please, do not remove from the cabin.
- Cleaning & disinfecting supplies are at the cabin for your use.
- All furniture will be sprayed with a disinfectant spray.
- This cabin has central heating & AC. The thermostat is in the living room and is self-explanatory.
- The string lights for the deck are to be plugged into the outlet on the Right side of the deck (Right side is if you're standing on the deck facing the sliding glass door).
- The light switch for the outdoor lights is located inside, by the side of the sliding glass door. There are 3 light switches on the panel; the one on the left controls the light for the deck, the middle one is for the ceiling fan, the one on the right turns on the flood light for the driveway, lower parking area below the front deck.
- The living ceiling fan has a remote control which is located under the 3 panel light switch to the side of the sliding glass door. The remote will control the light, and the fan's speed.
- Please do not use our towels as rags for spills or messes. There are rags in the hall closet with the vacuum.
- Please bring your own beach towels. Do not use our towels as beach towels, they are to remain at the cabin.
- Parties & Celebrations are welcome with advanced notice. If you have come to celebrate a birthday or any event, our cleaning fee does not, and will not cover celebratory cleanup. It is your full responsibility to clean up after any and all party and celebratory event. We will deduct your Deposit, in full, if any mess is left behind.
